This display is dedicated to US Special Forces MSG T Sosniak & PFC R Traster

both killed in Ha Thanh Teamhouse by a direct hit in August 1968

On the opposite side to the room, I had a large

Gia Vuc - Ha Thanh board with a genuine

Vietnam SF crest wood carving kindly donated by

Cpt Dallas Cox A-103.

The board had a map of Vietnam showing the

location of Gia Vuc and Ha Thanh, as well as

general information on A-camps  and Ha Thanh.

To the left were two folders on pedestals and right

below a “Chieu Hoi” hand made sign.

Folder one included 15 photos of Ha Thanh team house circa 1968-69

Folder two included a 12 pages after action report untitled “UNDER SIEGE” kindly

send by Sp5 Bob Stepanian

After having received many

photos of Ha Thanh

Teamhouse, I decided to

recreate a portion of it for my

yearly SF tribute display here

in England. This was pre-

build and transported to the

show in kit form on the pack

of my 3/4 ton truck. This was

then re-assembled and

painted to be incorporated in

the Rolling Thunder, the

Vietnam experience display

tent at the War and Peace

Military vehicle show.
